Want to know the best part? You can print these toppers right from your home with 65# cardstock. I usually get mine from Target, Amazon, and Office Depot…I go through a lot:)
Many home printers will easily print on 65# cardstock which makes Christmas cupcake toppers such a fun, and nearly free, project! Use 1 piece of paper and you’re done!
If you don’t have a printer, no worries! Try printing at Walgreens or office supply stores like Office Depot. It should only cost a couple of dollars.
Use a 2″ hole punch like this to get your circles cut quickly and perfect every time. I make cupcake toppers for every birthday and event involving cupcakes, so having a 2″ hole punch is a game changer.
To make the process easy, I like to trim the edge of the paper with scissors, up to the bottom portion of the black circles, and then hole punch just inside the black circle to get a perfect cut.

I like to use simple white candy sticks from Amazon. They’re cheap and you get a bunch! Add a little hot glue and you’re done! I think it has to be the easiest way to decorate cupcakes. What a fun way to holiday charm to a deliciously simple dessert!
